Tadalafil, which is marketed in the form of tablets, is chemically formulated as (6R,12aR)-6-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-2,3,6,7,12,12a – hexahydro -2- methyl-pyrazino [1 ,2 :1,6] pyrido [3,4-b]indole-1,4-dione. The medicine is marketed under the name Cialis. The medicine is mainly available in the form of pale yellow almond shaped tablets.
There are various doses of the tablets (5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg), which can be bought from any medical retailer. Tadalafil acts exactly like levitra and viagra. It inhibits the PDE5, which are present in the body. Despite the similar mechanism of action, tadalafil is highly advantageous when compared to viagra or levitra as its effects lasts for a duration of approximately 36 hours as compared to the 5 hours for which viagra is active. The medicines should however be bought only when prescribed by a certified doctor.
It is often called as Cialis, and cheap cialis can be found generally administered only when prescribed.
