Travel in Vienna
Vienna, is another good place to visit. It is the capital of Austria and is one of the nine States of Austria. It is also regarded as “UNESCO World Heritage Site”. It is a big center of Education with many International based Universities located.
Now coming to specific travel places and travel spots of Vienna, here are a few which show why you should visit Vienna -
- Tiergarten Schönbrunn - The oldest Zoo in the world which was founded as an imperial menagerie in 1752. This is a rain forst area and is a house to the cute Pandas.
- Burgtheater - Also called as K.K. Theater an der Burg, is the National Theater of Vienna. Presently one of the best German language theatres in thr whole world.
- Anchor Clock - situated on the oldest square of Vienna ‘Hoher Markt’ and represents a typical Art Nouveau design. It was built in the early 20th century.
There are many other major places to visit, a few of them include Hundertwasserhaus, the United Nations headquarters, over a 100 art museums of their own specialities and kinds. A twin museum is also present.
