Non-Stress Exercise Technique!
There are several ways by which people can exercise and can be fit, and physically and mentally strong.
A few would surely include with starting off with Jogging, then some normal warm-up exercises, but during the build up of muscles, the main thing that is required would be the Perfect Push Up which is done against the floor, by which the main part affected and built is the arm muscles and parts of shoulders.
Why not try something different during push ups? Like having some thing beneath the palm so that wrist bones and joints are not much effected.
